Schedule a Dental Appointment

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Nancy Ferrara, Dr. Andrew Shehata, Dr. Eric Ferrara and Dr. Vy Do provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Fee for Missed or Short-Notice Appointment Cancellations

A minimum fee of $50 will be charged for any missed or canceled appointments without 24 business hours notice. We ask that you contact the office during regular business hours Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am — 3:00 pm, Friday by appointment only. Please note that we don’t accept cancellations via email, voice mail or texts.

For any late arrivals beyond 15 minutes, at our discretion, a fee of $75 may be imposed. An arrival later than 30 minutes after your appointment time may result in rescheduling the appointment as we endeavor to give you the best care possible and need the full amount of time allotted.
